Complete Home Rehab.

We are putting down our finishing touches to this complete home rehab project for one of our investors. In the last 3 months this home went from a foreclosed, vandalized and totally outdated structure to this beautiful home.
We have completely renovated all of the interior with two new bathrooms, new kitchen, new hardwood floors, new windows, all new drywall, trim and beautiful paint job. Our interior designers came up with some fancy tile designs which accent the basement, kitchen and baths.
Even though there is lots of competition from other rehabbers this investor was able to secure a full ask price contract one week after it went on the market at over three times what he initially purchased this house for. It was a great feeling to hear at an open house how the quality of workmanship and design features were praised by everyone passing through the house.
